Planning changes
Find out what is proposed or changing. A planning entry does not mean a project is approved. A missing entry does not prove withdrawal.
Applications and recorded changes · 1.2Explore what is changing, what we know about electricity, and what to check next.
Local energy can mean shared solar, batteries and electricity infrastructure serving a development.
These are research starting points. An energy opportunity needs supporting evidence.

GreenSpark brings planning activity and electricity-network information together to help you decide what to investigate next. The analyst workspace lets you inspect the detail behind each check.

Applications and recorded changes · 1.2See where published forecasts suggest electricity demand may approach network capacity. This does not prove that a particular development connects there.
Forecasts and planned works · 1.1Check which land the documents refer to and what is still unknown. Boundaries, ownership and electrical connections have not been verified.
Document references, not verified titles · 1.3Each check supplies part of the picture. The current examples do not yet combine enough evidence to confirm a suitable energy project.

PoE means probability of exceedance. PoE10 and PoE50 are the source’s forecast scenarios; their assumptions and vintage are retained in the evidence. The screening threshold selects which observed utilisation ratios count as an exceedance. Changing it changes timing, not the priority formula. A network forecast does not establish a connection for any development.
Select a record to inspect its evidence, timing and unknowns.
Lane 1.1 compares source-native forecast utilisation against an explicit screening threshold. The first observed exceedance is a calculated year, not an engineering constraint certification. Required-by upgrade dates do not close an opportunity window.
Lane 1.2 keeps authority application IDs, source versions and dated planning observations. A register entry is not an approval. Same-address projects are not automatically merged; unknown site load remains unknown.
Lane 1.3 currently exposes six document parcel references with unverified identity, zoning and tenure; their three score components remain unknown. Deep ranked precinct validation is incomplete. The screening policy separates the investigation-priority score from evidence confidence and source coverage. Network-only candidates are distinct from project-specific opportunities. Proximity does not prove electrical connection. No new demand is added to the published forecasts.
No exhaustive opportunity discovery, parcel ownership, connection feasibility or profitability claim is made. Unassessed SWIS membership remains visible; SWIS is not the whole of Western Australia. Source publication, forecast vintage, retrieval and event dates have separate meanings.
